About Accommodation
The house is located on the westernmost point of Faial Island, in the parish of Capelo, at the end of Rua do Canto, 1.5 km from the Capelinhos Volcano, a natural monument and classified area of the Azores Geopark. It is a very quiet area, facing the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by nature, with few houses, where you can enjoy true silence. The volcanic landscapes are a hallmark. 2 km from the house are the magnificent natural pools of Porto do Comprido—one of the most emblematic bathing and diving spots in the Azores.
Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area, which includes a garden, barbecue, vegetable garden, orchard, and farm animals. The house is also surrounded by extensive trails, ideal for discovering the volcano route, and is profusely wooded with endemic Macaronesia plants typical of the Laurisilva forests.
